DUBAI PART I: THE BURJ KHALIFA
Here we are at the The Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. When we came up the elevator, we were greeted with mint lemonade and macaroons which I am not mad about. It was very peaceful up on the top but also slightly disorienting. You have to take multiple elevators to get to the top because there isn't one that stretches long enough. There are 57 elevators in the Burj Khalifa and according to the operator, none of them have ever broken down, I thought he was full of BS but still his words were comforting as my ears popped while we passed the 120th floor.
